Personal data we process

Burgstate BV does not process any personal data, as no personal data can be left on our website. Nor do we use any social media plugins.

Special and/or sensitive personal data we process

Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data from website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have parental or guardian consent. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in their children’s online activities, in order to prevent data about children from being collected without parental consent. In this copy, please black out your passport photograph, the MRZ (machine-readable zone, the strip of numbers at the bottom of the passport), your passport number and your Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks.
